粟米：为禾本科植物粱或粟的种仁。其储存陈久者名陈粟米、粢。
薤白：百合科植物小根蒜Allium macrostemon Bge．或薤Allium chinense G．Don的干燥鳞茎。夏、秋二季采挖，洗净，除去须根，蒸透或置沸水中烫透，晒干。
人参：五加科植物人参Panax ginseng C．A．Mey.的干燥根和根茎。多于秋季采挖，洗净经晒干或烘干。栽培的俗称“园参”；播种在山林野生状态下自然生长的称“林下山参”，习称“籽海”。

Indications: 翻胃，无问新久冷热。

Usage and dosage: 上除人参汤，三味同煮熟搅匀，然后与温
热人参汤相和调，顿服，不拘时候，如恶食，即
与粟米粥饮渐加糯米和之。
