贯众：为鳞毛蕨科植物粗茎鳞毛蕨的根茎及叶柄残基。
仙茅：石蒜科植物仙茅Curculigo orchioides Gaertn.的干燥根茎。秋、冬二季采挖，除去根头和须根，洗净，干燥。
甘草：豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L．的干燥根和根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根，晒干。
川乌：毛茛科植物乌头Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.的干燥母根。6月下旬至8月上旬采挖，除去子根、须根及泥沙，晒干。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。

Indications: 伤寒结胸，及恶候者。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。下结
胸，每服一丸，生姜、枣汤送下；五七日病人，
更打破一丸，用前汤送下；如常伤寒，只用冷浆
水送下。
