Traditional knowledge – formula	木香陈橘皮（去白，炒）莱菔子（炒）青橘皮（去白，炒）桂（去粗皮）各一两牵牛子（炒）二两阴疝，急胀疼痛，卵肿。

陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
青皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticurlata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。5～6月收集自落的幼果，晒干，习称“个青皮”；7～8月采收未成熟的果实，在果　　皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部，除尽瓤瓣，晒干，习称“四花青皮’’。
牵牛子：旋花科植物裂叶牵牛Pharbitis nil （L．）Choisy或圆叶牵牛Pharbitis purpurea （L.）Voigt的干燥成熟种子。秋末果实成熟、果壳未开裂时采割植株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质。
木香：菊科植物木香Aucklandia lappa Decne.的干燥根。秋、冬二季采挖，除去泥沙和须根，切段，大的再纵剖成瓣，干燥后撞去粗皮。

Indications: 阴疝，急胀疼痛，卵肿。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二
十丸，温酒送下。以利为度。
