Traditional knowledge – formula	赤小豆半升桑根白皮（炙，锉）二两紫苏茎叶一握（锉，焙）脚气气急，大小便涩，通身肿，两脚气胀，变成水者。

桑白皮：桑科植物桑Morus alba L.的干燥根皮。秋末叶落时至次春发芽前采挖根部，刮去黄棕色粗皮，纵向剖开，剥取根皮，晒干。
赤小豆：豆科植物赤小豆Vigna umbellata Ohwi et Ohashi或赤豆Vigna angularis Ohwi et Ohashi的干燥成熟种子。秋季果实成熟而未开裂时拔取全株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质，再晒干。

Indications: 脚气气急，大小便涩，通身肿，两脚气胀，变成水者。

Usage and dosage: 上药除小豆外为末。每服先以豆一合，用
水五盏，煮熟去豆取汁二盏半，入药末四钱匕，
生姜一分（拍碎），煎至一盏半，空心温服，然后
择取豆任意食，一日二次。
