Traditional knowledge – formula	大麦糵（炒）一两鹤虱（炒）三分白槟榔（锉）三分陈橘皮（去白，焙）半两糯米（炒熟）一合牵牛子（一半生，一半炒）二两楝根（有子，东南根，以石灰汁浸两宿，炙干）二两诸虫攻心腹痔痛。

大麦：为禾本科植物大麦的颖果。
糯米：为禾本科植物糯稻的去壳种仁。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
牵牛子：旋花科植物裂叶牵牛Pharbitis nil （L．）Choisy或圆叶牵牛Pharbitis purpurea （L.）Voigt的干燥成熟种子。秋末果实成熟、果壳未开裂时采割植株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质。

Indications: 诸虫攻心腹痔痛。

Usage and dosage: 上为细散。每服三钱匕，空心米饮调下，
未转更时，呷热姜蜜汤投之。
