高良姜：姜科植物高良姜Alpinia officinarum Hance的干燥根茎。夏末秋初采挖，除去须根和残留的鳞片，洗净，切段，晒干。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。

干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。

Indications: 胃脘虚寒，冷痰留滞，痞塞不通，气不升降，口苦无味，不思饮食，中满气痞者。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，用生姜自然汁煮面糊为丸，如梧
桐子大。每服二十丸至三十丸，生姜汤送下。
