Traditional knowledge – formula	川楝子五个（取肉）青橘皮茴香各一两木通一握三茎巴豆五十个海金沙一钱滑石一钱半小肠气，膀胱气，疼痛不可忍。

青皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticurlata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。5～6月收集自落的幼果，晒干，习称“个青皮”；7～8月采收未成熟的果实，在果　　皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部，除尽瓤瓣，晒干，习称“四花青皮’’。
木通：木通科植物木通Akebia quinata（Thunb．）Decne.、三叶木通Akebia trifoliata （Thunb.） Koidz.或白木通Akebia trifoliata（Thunb.）Koidz.var. australis（ Diels）Rehd.的干燥藤茎。秋季采收，截取茎部，除去细枝，阴干。
川楝子：楝科植物川楝Melia toosendan Sieb．et Zucc.的干燥成熟果实。冬季果实成熟时采收，除去杂质，干燥。

Indications: 小肠气，膀胱气，疼痛不可忍。

Usage and dosage: 上同炒黄，不用巴豆，入海金沙、滑石同
研匀。每服一大钱，热酒调下。
