陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
胡椒：胡椒科植物胡椒Piper nigrum L．的干燥近成熟或成熟果实。秋末至次春果实呈暗绿色时采收，晒干，为黑胡椒；果实变红时采收，用水浸渍数日，擦去果肉，晒干，为白胡椒。
草果：姜科植物草果Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire的干燥成熟果实。秋季果实成熟时采收，除去杂质，　　晒干或低温干燥。

Indications: 脾胃久冷，不思饮食。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，生姜汁五合，葱汁一合，盐四
两，同肉拌匀，腌二日，取出焙干，作脯。任意
食之。
