鸡肾草：为兰科植物狭瓣玉凤花的全草。
桃仁：蔷薇科植物桃Prunus persica（L．）Batsch或山桃Prunus davidiana（Carr．）Franch．的干燥成熟种子。果实成熟后采收，除去果肉和核壳，取出种子，晒干。
知母：百合科植物知母Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.的干燥根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干，习称“毛知母”；或除去外皮，晒干。
青蒿：菊科植物黄花蒿Artemisia annua L.的干燥地上部分。秋季花盛开时采割，除去老茎，阴干。

Indications: 山岚瘴疟，寒热久不愈。

Usage and dosage: 上为粗末。每服二钱匕，以水一盏，加生
姜半分，同煎至六分，去滓，稍热服，不拘时候。
