Traditional knowledge – formula	干蓝叶升麻芍药各一两栀子仁四枚小儿百啐内下痢如鱼脑，赤白杂痢，腹痛多啼。

栀子：茜草科植物栀子Gardenia jasminoides Ellis的干燥成熟果实。 9～11月果实成熟呈红黄色时采收，除去果梗和杂质，蒸至上气或置沸水中略烫，取出，干燥。
升麻：毛茛科植物大三叶升麻Cimiciufuga heracleifoliaKom．、兴安升麻Cimicifufuga dahurica （Turca）Maxim．或升麻Cimicifuga foetida L的干燥根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒至须根干时，燎去或除去须根，晒干。

Indications: 小儿百啐内下痢如鱼脑，赤白杂痢，腹痛多啼。

Usage and dosage: 上为粗末。百啐至二百日儿，每服一钱
匕，以水半盏，加香豉七枚，薤白一茎（拍破），
同煎至三分，去滓，食前分温三服。
