黄柏：芸香科植物黄皮树Phellodendron chinense Schneid.的干燥树皮。习称“川黄柏”。剥取树皮后，除去粗皮，晒干。
龟甲：龟科动物乌龟Chinemys reevesii （Gray）的背甲及腹甲。全年均可捕捉，以秋、冬二季为多，捕捉后杀死，或用沸水烫死，剥取背甲和腹甲，除去残肉，晒干。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。

Indications: 1．《丹溪心法》：痿厥之重者。2．《赤水玄珠全集》：阴虚有痰，膈不清者。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，姜汁为丸，或酒糊为丸。每服七
十丸，白汤送下。
