Traditional knowledge – formula	川楝子七个（去皮核，用巴豆三十五粒，去皮同炒，令巴豆黄，去豆不用）木香使君子肉延胡索茴香各一分小儿盘肠气痛不已，面青手冷，日夜啼叫，尿如米泔。

延胡索：为罂粟科植物延胡索的块茎。
使君子：使君子科植物使君子Quisqualis indica L．的干燥成熟果实。秋季果皮变紫黑色时采收，除去杂质，干燥。
木香：菊科植物木香Aucklandia lappa Decne.的干燥根。秋、冬二季采挖，除去泥沙和须根，切段，大的再纵剖成瓣，干燥后撞去粗皮。
川楝子：楝科植物川楝Melia toosendan Sieb．et Zucc.的干燥成熟果实。冬季果实成熟时采收，除去杂质，干燥。

Indications: 小儿盘肠气痛不已，面青手冷，日夜啼叫，尿如米泔。

Usage and dosage: 上为末。空心清米饮调下。
