栝楼：为葫芦科植物栝楼及中华栝楼的果实。
桔梗：桔梗科植物桔梗Platycodon grandiflorum （Jacq．）A．DC．的干燥根。春、秋二季采挖，洗净，除去须根，趁鲜剥去外皮或不去外皮，干燥。
升麻：毛茛科植物大三叶升麻Cimiciufuga heracleifoliaKom．、兴安升麻Cimicifufuga dahurica （Turca）Maxim．或升麻Cimicifuga foetida L的干燥根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒至须根干时，燎去或除去须根，晒干。

Indications: 蛊毒。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。以熟汤洗所患人阴中，再以浓汁
服方寸匕，一日二次。渐加至二匕。
