冬瓜子：为葫芦科植物冬瓜 Benincasa hispida (Thunb.) Cogn. 的种子。
桃仁：蔷薇科植物桃Prunus persica（L．）Batsch或山桃Prunus davidiana（Carr．）Franch．的干燥成熟种子。果实成熟后采收，除去果肉和核壳，取出种子，晒干。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Indications: 产后血晕，腹满欲狼狈。

Usage and dosage: 上为粗散。每服五钱，以水一中盏，加生
姜半分，煎至五分，去滓温服，不拘时候。
