Traditional knowledge – formula	蓬术一两半（煨）玄胡索一两蛤粉三两陈皮一两因久坐、久立阴湿之地，当风醉脱靴鞋，而成脚气。若暑月久立，湿热郁蒸，荣滞不和发热；冬月寒气冷麻，或发疼痛闷乱，晴阴皆发。

延胡索：为罂粟科植物延胡索的块茎。
莪术：姜科植物蓬莪术Curcuma phaeocaulis Val．、广西莪术Curcuma kwangsiensis S．G．Lee et C．F．Liang或温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y．H．Chen et C．Ling的干燥根茎。后者习称“温莪术”。冬季茎叶枯萎后采挖，洗净，蒸或煮至透心，晒干或低温干燥后除去须根和杂质。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。

Indications: 因久坐、久立阴湿之地，当风醉脱靴鞋，而成脚气。若暑月久立，湿热郁蒸，荣滞不和发热；冬月寒气冷麻，或发疼痛闷乱，晴阴皆发。

Usage and dosage: 上为末。每服二钱，炒黑豆五十粒，以汤
一盏，加生姜三片，煎至五分，去滓调服。
