延胡索：为罂粟科植物延胡索的块茎。
莪术：姜科植物蓬莪术Curcuma phaeocaulis Val．、广西莪术Curcuma kwangsiensis S．G．Lee et C．F．Liang或温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y．H．Chen et C．Ling的干燥根茎。后者习称“温莪术”。冬季茎叶枯萎后采挖，洗净，蒸或煮至透心，晒干或低温干燥后除去须根和杂质。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。

Indications: 风毒脚气吐逆。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。每服一钱匕，用炒黑豆五十粒，
生姜三片，以水一盏，同煎至六分，去滓，调药，
温服，不拘时候。
