Traditional knowledge – formula	陈皮半斤沉香白豆蔻缩砂仁各半两甘草神曲各一两肉豆蔻大槟榔各二个干姜半分（或擦生姜一两）（一方无槟榔）脾胃不和，伤冷积滞，胸膈噎痞，心肠绞痛，酒饮停滞，呕逆吞酸，寒痰宿冷，痃癖气痛。

白豆蔻：为姜科植物白豆蔻和爪哇白豆蔻的成熟果实。按产地不同分为“原豆蔻”和“印尼白蔻”。
沉香：瑞香科植物白木香Aquilaria sinensis（Lour．）Gilg含有树脂的木材。全年均可采收，割取含树脂的木材，除去不含树脂的部分，阴干。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
甘草：豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L．的干燥根和根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根，晒干。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。

Indications: 脾胃不和，伤冷积滞，胸膈噎痞，心肠绞痛，酒饮停滞，呕逆吞酸，寒痰宿冷，痃癖气痛。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，橘泥和丸，如弹子大。每服一
丸，温酒嚼下，不拘时候。
