陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
山楂：蔷薇科植物山里红Crataegus pinnatifida Bge．var. major N．E．Br.或山楂Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.的干燥成熟果实。秋季果实成熟时采收，切片，干燥。
乌药：樟科植物乌药Lindera aggregata（ Sims） Kos-term.的干燥块根。全年均可采挖，除去细根，洗净，趁鲜切片，晒干，或直接晒干。
青皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticurlata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。5～6月收集自落的幼果，晒干，习称“个青皮”；7～8月采收未成熟的果实，在果　　皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部，除尽瓤瓣，晒干，习称“四花青皮’’。

Indications: 痧症因于气阻者。

Usage and dosage: 水二钟，煎七分，稍冷服。
