Traditional knowledge – formula	大腹子一两木香一两当归半两（锉，微炒）芎藭半两瞿麦半两柴胡一两（去苗）伤寒后，真气尚虚，因合阴阳，致小腹拘急，便溺涩痛。

瞿麦：石竹科植物瞿麦Dianthus superbus L．或石竹Dianthus chinensis L．的干燥地上部分。夏、秋二季花果期采割，除去杂质，干燥。
当归：伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis（Oliv．）Diels 的干燥根。秋末采挖，除去须根和泥沙，待水分稍蒸发后，捆成小把，上棚，用烟火慢慢熏干。
木香：菊科植物木香Aucklandia lappa Decne.的干燥根。秋、冬二季采挖，除去泥沙和须根，切段，大的再纵剖成瓣，干燥后撞去粗皮。
大腹皮：棕榈科植物槟榔Areca catechu L．的干燥果皮。冬季至次春采收未成熟的果实，煮后干燥，纵剖两瓣，剥取果皮，习称“大腹皮”；春末至秋初采收成熟果实，煮后干燥，剥取果皮，打松，晒干，习称“大腹毛”。

Indications: 伤寒后，真气尚虚，因合阴阳，致小腹拘急，便溺涩痛。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。每服四钱，用水一中盏，加生姜
半分，煎至五分，去滓温服，不拘时候。
