鲤鱼：为鲤科动物鲤的肉或全体。
商陆：商陆科植物商陆Phytolacca acinosa Roxb．或垂序商陆Phytolacca americana L．的干燥根。秋季至次春采挖，除去须根和泥沙，切成块或片，晒干或阴干。
赤小豆：豆科植物赤小豆Vigna umbellata Ohwi et Ohashi或赤豆Vigna angularis Ohwi et Ohashi的干燥成熟种子。秋季果实成熟而未开裂时拔取全株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质，再晒干。

Usage and dosage: 上于净锅中，着水五大盏，都候鱼烂熟，
空腹食之。其汁入葱白、生姜、橘皮，及少醋，
调和作羹食之，其豆亦宜吃。甚效。
