高良姜：姜科植物高良姜Alpinia officinarum Hance的干燥根茎。夏末秋初采挖，除去须根和残留的鳞片，洗净，切段，晒干。
吴茱萸：芸香科植物吴茱萸Euodia rutaecarpa （Juss．） Benth．、石虎Euodia rutaeca rpa （JuSS. ） Benth.var. officinalis（ Dode） Huang或疏毛吴茱萸Euodia rutaecarpa（Juss．）Benth．var. bodinieri（Dode） Huang的干燥近成熟果实。8～11月果实尚未开裂时，剪下果枝，晒干或低温干燥，除去枝、叶、果梗等杂质。
大腹皮：棕榈科植物槟榔Areca catechu L．的干燥果皮。冬季至次春采收未成熟的果实，煮后干燥，纵剖两瓣，剥取果皮，习称“大腹皮”；春末至秋初采收成熟果实，煮后干燥，剥取果皮，打松，晒干，习称“大腹毛”。

Indications: 心中寒发痛甚。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。每服二钱匕。温酒调下；不饮
酒，生姜汤亦得。
