牛乳：为母牛乳腺中分泌的乳汁。现食用的牛乳系普通牛种经高度选育而成的专门化乳用品种如黑白花牛等产的乳汁。
越瓜：为葫芦科植物菜瓜的果实。
黄连：毛茛科植物黄连Coptis chinensis Franch.、三角叶黄连Coptis deltoidea C．Y．Cheng et Hsiao或云连Coptis teeta Wall.的干燥根茎。以上三种分别习称“味连”、“雅连”、“云连”。秋季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，干燥，撞去残留须根。

Indications: 消渴。

Usage and dosage: 上用三味汁相和，每服三合，调下黄连末一钱，不拘时候。
