Traditional knowledge – formula	牡蛎一两（烧为粉）熟干地黄一两龙骨一两蒲黄一两阿胶一两（捣碎，炒令黄燥）干姜一两（炮裂，锉）妇人白崩不止，面色黄瘦，脐下冷痛。

蒲黄：香蒲科植物水烛香蒲Typha angustifolia L．、东方香蒲Typha orientalis Presl或同属植物的干燥花粉。夏季采收蒲棒上部的黄色雄花序，晒干后碾轧，筛取花粉。剪取雄花后，晒干，成为带有雄花的花粉，即为草蒲黄。
牡蛎：牡蛎科动物长牡蛎Ostrea gigas Thunberg、大连湾牡蛎Ostrea talienzvhanensis Crosse或近江牡蛎Ostrea rivularis Gould的贝壳。全年均可捕捞，去肉，洗净，晒干。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。

Indications: 妇人白崩不止，面色黄瘦，脐下冷痛。

Usage and dosage: 上为细散。每服二钱，食前以艾叶汤调下。
