Traditional knowledge – formula	羌活（去芦头）三分大豆（炒）一合桑根白皮（炙，锉）一两半陈橘皮（汤浸，去白，焙）三分芎藭一两大腹（并子煨）三分风注，心腹刺痛，上引胸背。

桑白皮：桑科植物桑Morus alba L.的干燥根皮。秋末叶落时至次春发芽前采挖根部，刮去黄棕色粗皮，纵向剖开，剥取根皮，晒干。
羌活：伞形科植物羌活Notopterygium incisicm Ting ex H.T．Chang或宽叶羌活Notopterygium franchetii H， de Boiss．的干燥根茎和根。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根及泥沙，晒干。
芦根：禾本科植物芦苇Phragmites communis Trin．的新鲜或干燥根茎。全年均可采挖，除去芽、须根及膜状叶，鲜用或晒干。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。

Indications: 风注，心腹刺痛，上引胸背。

Usage and dosage: 上为粗末。每服三钱匕，水一盏，煎至七
分，去滓温服；良久再服。
