黄连：毛茛科植物黄连Coptis chinensis Franch.、三角叶黄连Coptis deltoidea C．Y．Cheng et Hsiao或云连Coptis teeta Wall.的干燥根茎。以上三种分别习称“味连”、“雅连”、“云连”。秋季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，干燥，撞去残留须根。
僵蚕：蚕蛾科昆虫家蚕Bombyx mori Linnaeus 4～5龄的幼虫感染（或人工接种）白僵菌Beauveria bassiana（ Bals.）Vuillant而致死的干燥体。多于春、秋季生产，将感染白僵菌病死的蚕干燥。
威灵仙：毛茛科植物威灵仙Clematis chinensis Osbeck、棉团铁线莲Clematis hexapetala Pall．或东北铁线莲Clematis manshurica Rupr．的干燥根和根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒干。
白附子：天南星科植物独角莲Typhonium giganteum Engl.的干燥块茎。秋季采挖，除去须根和外皮，晒干。

Indications: 麻风。

Usage and dosage: 炼蜜为丸。早、晚空心各服五钱。
