Traditional knowledge – formula	紫葳二两当归蓬莪术各一两妇人、室女月候不通，脐腹绞痛，一切血疾。

莪术：姜科植物蓬莪术Curcuma phaeocaulis Val．、广西莪术Curcuma kwangsiensis S．G．Lee et C．F．Liang或温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y．H．Chen et C．Ling的干燥根茎。后者习称“温莪术”。冬季茎叶枯萎后采挖，洗净，蒸或煮至透心，晒干或低温干燥后除去须根和杂质。
凌霄花：紫葳科植物凌霄Campsis grandiflora （Thunb．）K．Schum．或美洲凌霄Campsis radicans（L．）Seem．的干燥花。夏、秋二季花盛开时采摘，干燥。
当归：伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis（Oliv．）Diels 的干燥根。秋末采挖，除去须根和泥沙，待水分稍蒸发后，捆成小把，上棚，用烟火慢慢熏干。

Indications: 妇人、室女月候不通，脐腹绞痛，一切血疾。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末。每服二钱，空心冷酒调下。如
行十里许，更用热酒调一服。
