蕤仁：蔷薇科植物蕤核Prinsepia uniflora Batal．或齿叶扁核木Prinsepia uniflora Batal. var. serrata Rehd．的干燥成熟果核。夏、秋间采摘成熟果实，除去果肉，洗净，晒干。
艾叶：菊科植物艾Artemisia argyi Lévl. et Vant．的干燥叶。夏季花未开时采摘，除去杂质，晒干。

Indications: 眼中胬肉。

Usage and dosage: 上药前三味于乳钵内为细末，稀稠得所，
令药着在乳钵底，然后取艾烧令烟出，却将乳钵
合烟上熏之，候艾烟出尽，以槐木槌细研，令烟
气相入。每用时，取少许，点眼大眦头。极效。
