Traditional knowledge – formula	冬葵根（干者）一握（洗。冬即用子）车前草一两（干者，切）木通（细锉）三两大黄（锉炒）半两妊娠大小便不通，七八日以上，腹胀瞀闷。

木通：木通科植物木通Akebia quinata（Thunb．）Decne.、三叶木通Akebia trifoliata （Thunb.） Koidz.或白木通Akebia trifoliata（Thunb.）Koidz.var. australis（ Diels）Rehd.的干燥藤茎。秋季采收，截取茎部，除去细枝，阴干。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Indications: 妊娠大小便不通，七八日以上，腹胀瞀闷。

Usage and dosage: 上为粗末。每服五钱匕，水一盏半，煎至
八分，去滓，食前温服。
