杏仁：为蔷薇科植物杏、野杏、山杏、东北杏的种子。
黄芩：唇形科植物黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi的干燥根。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒后撞去粗皮，晒干。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Indications: 气淋，小便不快。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，和匀，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。
每服二十丸，食前温热水送下。
