薄荷：唇形科植物薄荷Mentha haplocalyx Briq.的干燥地上部分。夏、秋二季茎叶茂盛或花开至三轮时，选晴天，分次采割，晒干或阴干。
升麻：毛茛科植物大三叶升麻Cimiciufuga heracleifoliaKom．、兴安升麻Cimicifufuga dahurica （Turca）Maxim．或升麻Cimicifuga foetida L的干燥根茎。秋季采挖，除去泥沙，晒至须根干时，燎去或除去须根，晒干。

Indications: 时气劳复，四肢烦疼。

Usage and dosage: 上锉细，和匀。以水两碗，煮取一碗，去
滓，以粳米作稀粥服，厚覆取汗。
