犀角：为犀科动物印度犀Rhinoceros unicornis L.、爪哇犀Rhinoceros sondaicus Desmarest、苏门犀Rhinoceros sumatrensis（Fischer）、黑犀Rhinoceros bicornis L．及白犀 Rhinoceros simus Cottoni 等的角。前三者习称“犀角”、“暹罗角”，后二者习称“广角”、“天马角”、“柱角”。
蔓荆子：马鞭草科植物单叶蔓荆Vitex trifolia L．var. simplicifolia Cham．或蔓荆Vitex trifolia L．的干燥成熟果实。秋季果实成熟时采收，除去杂质，晒干。
连翘：木犀科植物连翘Forsythia suspensa （Thunb．）Vahl的干燥果实。秋季果实初熟尚带绿色时采收，除去杂质，蒸熟，晒干，习称“青翘”；果实熟透时采收，晒干，除去杂质，习称“老翘”。

Indications: 瘰疬诸方不愈。

Usage and dosage: 上为粗末。每服三钱匕，水一盏，煎至六
分，去滓，空心、食前温服。
