麦门冬：为百合科植物麦冬或沿阶草的块根。
肉桂：樟科植物肉桂Cinnamonum cassia Presl的干燥树皮。多于秋季剥取，阴干。
川芎：伞形科植物川芎Ligustium chuanxiong Hort.的干燥根茎。夏季当茎上的节盘显著突出，并略带紫色时采挖，除去泥沙，晒后烘干，再去须根。

Indications: 乳石发动，心腹痛噤，吐逆不下食。

Usage and dosage: 上为粗散。每服四钱，以水一中盏，加生姜半
分，煎至六分，去滓稍热服，不拘时候。
