当归：伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis（Oliv．）Diels 的干燥根。秋末采挖，除去须根和泥沙，待水分稍蒸发后，捆成小把，上棚，用烟火慢慢熏干。
侧柏叶：柏科植物侧柏Platycladus orientalis（L．）Franco的干燥枝梢和叶。多在夏、秋二季采收，阴干。
川芎：伞形科植物川芎Ligustium chuanxiong Hort.的干燥根茎。夏季当茎上的节盘显著突出，并略带紫色时采挖，除去泥沙，晒后烘干，再去须根。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Indications: 产后血块攻筑，心腹痛。

Usage and dosage: 上为散。每服二钱匕，煎当归酒调下，日间三
次，夜晚一次。
