白茯苓五斤（ 锉碎，甑中蒸一炊久，晒干，为末） 白沙蜜三斤 柏脂七斤（ 静处作灶泥，大釜于上，加甑，取白茅锉令齐整，先入甑内衬，次安柏脂在上，釜内用石灰水蒸之令消，入釜中，去甑，接取釜内脂入冷水中，以扇扇之，两人对引之三十过，复蒸，如前三遍，逐遍换釜中石灰水；取柏脂再入甑釜中，用醋浆水添深，又如上法蒸之三遍，逐遍换醋浆水；满三遍，又以好酒入釜中添深，如上法三遍，蒸炼了） |
