大戟：为大戟科植物大戟的根。
葶苈子：十字花科植物播娘蒿Descurainia sophia（L．）Webb. ex Prantl.或独行菜Lepidium apetalum Willd.的干燥成熟种子。前者习称“南葶苈子”，后者习称“北葶苈子”。夏季果实成熟时采割植株，晒干，搓出种子，除去杂质。
牵牛子：旋花科植物裂叶牵牛Pharbitis nil （L．）Choisy或圆叶牵牛Pharbitis purpurea （L.）Voigt的干燥成熟种子。秋末果实成熟、果壳未开裂时采割植株，晒干，打下种子，除去杂质。
甘遂：大戟科植物甘遂Euphorbia kansui T．N. Liou ex T．P．Wang的干燥块根。春季开花前或秋末茎叶枯萎后采挖，撞去外皮，晒干。

Indications: 水气，心腹膨胀，喘息，大小便不利。

Usage and dosage: 上为细散。每服半钱，煎灯心汤调下，空
心服。得通利水下为效。
