凤眼草：为苦木科植物臭椿 Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle 的果实。
槐花：豆科植物槐Sophora laponica L．的干燥花及花蕾。夏季花开放或花蕾形成时采收，及时干燥，除去枝、梗及杂质。前者习称“槐花”，后者习称“槐米”。
榼藤子：民族习用药材。为豆科植物榼藤子Entada phaseoloides （Linn.） Merr.的干燥成熟种子。秋、冬二季采收成熟果实，取出种子，干燥。
枳实：芸香科植物酸橙Citrus aurantium L.及其栽培变种或甜橙Citrus sznensis Osbeck的干燥幼果。 5～6月收集自落的果实，除去杂质，自中部横切为两半，晒干或低温干燥，较小者直接晒干或低温干燥。
荆芥穗：唇形科植物荆芥Schizonepeta tenuisfolia Briq．的干燥花穗。夏、秋二季花开到顶、穗绿时采摘，除去杂质，晒干。

Indications: 肠风泻血，湿热内甚，因为诸痔久而不治，乃变成瘘。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二三十丸，空心酒送下；米饮亦得。
