Traditional knowledge – formula	生侧柏叶一斤（用白矾四两，入铜锅内，水五六碗，煎干为度，晒干，炒焦枯）青州柿饼十个（烧灰）旧陈棕（烧存性）二两血余炭一两槐花四两（炒焦）痔漏、肠风、脏毒等下血，及吐血、血崩等症。

槐花：豆科植物槐Sophora laponica L．的干燥花及花蕾。夏季花开放或花蕾形成时采收，及时干燥，除去枝、梗及杂质。前者习称“槐花”，后者习称“槐米”。
侧柏叶：柏科植物侧柏Platycladus orientalis（L．）Franco的干燥枝梢和叶。多在夏、秋二季采收，阴干。

Indications: 痔漏、肠风、脏毒等下血，及吐血、血崩等症。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，炼蜜为丸。每服三钱，空心白酒
送下，每日三次。以止为度。
