黄连：毛茛科植物黄连Coptis chinensis Franch.、三角叶黄连Coptis deltoidea C．Y．Cheng et Hsiao或云连Coptis teeta Wall.的干燥根茎。以上三种分别习称“味连”、“雅连”、“云连”。秋季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，干燥，撞去残留须根。
葛根：豆科植物野葛Pueraria lobata （Willd.） Ohwi的干燥根。习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖，趁鲜切成厚片或小块；干燥。
甘草：豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L．的干燥根和根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根，晒干。

Indications: 误服热剂，烦躁闷乱，或作吐，或狂渴。

Usage and dosage: 除绿豆粉外，余三味或晒或焙，为末，入
乳钵同绿豆粉杵匀。每服半钱至一钱，温豉汤调
下。宜先投之，次服对症药剂。
