莪术：姜科植物蓬莪术Curcuma phaeocaulis Val．、广西莪术Curcuma kwangsiensis S．G．Lee et C．F．Liang或温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y．H．Chen et C．Ling的干燥根茎。后者习称“温莪术”。冬季茎叶枯萎后采挖，洗净，蒸或煮至透心，晒干或低温干燥后除去须根和杂质。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
青皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticurlata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥幼果或未成熟果实的果皮。5～6月收集自落的幼果，晒干，习称“个青皮”；7～8月采收未成熟的果实，在果　　皮上纵剖成四瓣至基部，除尽瓤瓣，晒干，习称“四花青皮’’。
三棱：黑三棱科植物黑三棱Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.-Ham．的干燥块茎。冬季至次年春采挖，洗净，削去外皮，晒干。

Indications: 五六个月小儿未吃谷食，有癖积者。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，水煮清糊为丸。熟水送下。
