高良姜：姜科植物高良姜Alpinia officinarum Hance的干燥根茎。夏末秋初采挖，除去须根和残留的鳞片，洗净，切段，晒干。
豆蔻：姜科植物白豆蔻Amomum kravanh Pierre ex Gagnep．或爪哇白豆蔻Amomum compactum Soland ex Maton的干燥成熟果实。按产地不同分为“原豆蔻”和“印尼白蔻”。
