Traditional knowledge – formula	桂（去粗皮）乌头（炮裂，去皮脐）赤白脂（烧）各一两干姜（炮）蜀椒（去目及合口者，炒出汗）各半两丈夫元脏气虚损；妇人血海虚冷，月脉惫漏，五般带下，脐腹绞痛，及一切虚风冷气攻注。

乌头：为毛茛科乌头属植物乌头Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. 的干燥块根（母根）。四川栽培的乌头称川乌或川乌头。
花椒：芸香科植物青椒Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb．et Zucc.或花椒Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim．的干燥成熟果皮。秋季采收成熟果实，晒干，除去种子和杂质。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。

Indications: 丈夫元脏气虚损；妇人血海虚冷，月脉惫漏，五般带下，脐腹绞痛，及一切虚风冷气攻注。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，酒煮面糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每
服二十丸，空心、食前以醋汤送下；丈夫以盐汤
送下。
