黄矾一两 干姜一两 葛勒蔓一两 疳蜃，肠头挺出。二十四、疳劳疳劳，一作疳痨。临床症见面色㿠白，骨蒸潮热，午后两颧发赤，精神疲倦，时有干咳或咽痛，睡中盗汗等。《颅囟经》：“孩子无故肚大项细，四肢消瘦，筋脉骨节弛缓，是小来少乳，嚼食与吃，早成骨热疳劳，先宜与保童丸吃，续与柴胡鳖甲饮子。”《育婴家秘》：“儿童十六岁以下，其病为疳；十六岁以上，其病为痨。疳、痨皆气血虚惫，乃脾胃受病之所致。”本病成因多为肺脾虚损所致。治宜益气育阴，补肺养脾。 |
