Traditional knowledge – formula	京三棱二两（微煨，剉）川乌头二两（炮裂，去皮脐）陈橘皮二两（汤浸，去白瓤，焙）硼砂一两（细研）干姜一两（炮裂，剉）雄雀粪一两（微炒）久积癥癖气不差散，令人羸瘦，不思饮食。

川乌头：为毛茛科植物乌头(栽培品)的母根。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
干姜：姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。冬季采挖，除去须根和泥沙，晒干或低温干燥。趁鲜切片晒干或低温干燥者称为“干姜片”。
三棱：黑三棱科植物黑三棱Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.-Ham．的干燥块茎。冬季至次年春采挖，洗净，削去外皮，晒干。

Indications: 久积癥癖气不差散，令人羸瘦，不思饮食。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，入硼砂令匀，以醋煮面糊为丸，如梧桐
子大。每服十丸，食前以酒送下。
