粳米：为禾本科植物稻（粳稻）去壳的种仁。
江南玄胡：为小檗科植物江南牡丹草的块茎。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
枳实：芸香科植物酸橙Citrus aurantium L.及其栽培变种或甜橙Citrus sznensis Osbeck的干燥幼果。 5～6月收集自落的果实，除去杂质，自中部横切为两半，晒干或低温干燥，较小者直接晒干或低温干燥。

Indications: 脾胃气虚弱，不能饮食，食即呕吐，四肢羸瘦，少力。

Usage and dosage: 上锉细。以水一大盏半，煎至八分，去
滓，稍热分为二服，不拘时候。
