Traditional knowledge – formula	地龙（炒）海蛤硫黄（研）乌头（炮裂，去皮脐）各半两鲮鲤甲（炙）一两中风，手足筋急，拘挛疼痛。

乌头：为毛茛科乌头属植物乌头Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. 的干燥块根（母根）。四川栽培的乌头称川乌或川乌头。
穿山甲：鲮鲤科动物穿山甲Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus的鳞甲。收集鳞甲，洗净，晒干。
蛤壳：帘蛤科动物文蛤Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus或青蛤Cyclina sinensis Gmelin的贝壳。夏、秋二季捕捞，去肉，洗净，晒干。

Indications: 中风，手足筋急，拘挛疼痛。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，醋煮面糊为丸，如鸡头子大，捏
作饼子，晒干。每用一饼，以葱白裹安在手足节
上，以手帛系住，搁在一杉木桶上，用热汤淋之，
候觉骨中热极，方解去帛子。手足未得舒展时，
再用热汤淋之。每一饼可用三次。每用药毕，当
着衣服盖之，不得透风。
