Induction of Callus and Adventitious Root of Bupleurum Chinense DC

摘要 Bupleurum chinense DC collected from Lingchuan,Shanxi and planted in laboratory were used as experiment materials.The effects of different factors on inducing callus and adventitious root were compared.The results showed that the young root was the best material for inducting callus;the optimal explant was 1.0 cm root segment;the young roots collected in early April were suitable for callus induction;the 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg/L IBA was the optimal condition for inducing the adventitious root of the stem segments with axillary buds and the induction percentage was up to 97.3%;the induction percentage of adventitious root was up to 94.2% in the B5 medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L DSC and the root was erromenus.
