萆薢：为薯蓣科植物粉背薯蓣的根茎。
续断：川续断科植物川续断Dipsacus asper Wall．Ex Henry的干燥根。秋季采挖，除去根头和须根，用微火烘至半干，堆置“发汗”至内部变绿色时，再烘干。
杜仲：杜仲科植物杜仲Eucommia ulmoides Oliv．的干燥树皮。4～6月剥取，刮去粗皮，堆置“发汗”至内皮呈紫褐色，晒干。

Indications: 元脏虚损，下注腰脚，行步艰难，膝胫少力。

Usage and dosage: 上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如小弹子大，研丹
砂末为衣。每服一丸，食前温酒送下，木瓜汤送
下亦得。
