木防己：为防己科植物木防己和毛木防己的根。
白术：菊科植物白术Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz．的干燥根茎。冬季下部叶枯黄、上部叶变脆时采挖，除去泥沙，烘干或晒干，再除去须根。
大黄：蓼科植物掌叶大黄　　Rheum palmatum L．、唐古特大黄Rheum tanguticum Maxim. ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖，除去细根，刮去外皮，切瓣或段，绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥。

Indications: 水肿。

Usage and dosage: 上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服十
丸，米饮送下。小便利为度。不知增之。
