僵蚕：蚕蛾科昆虫家蚕Bombyx mori Linnaeus 4～5龄的幼虫感染（或人工接种）白僵菌Beauveria bassiana（ Bals.）Vuillant而致死的干燥体。多于春、秋季生产，将感染白僵菌病死的蚕干燥。
荆芥：唇形科植物剂芥Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.的干燥地上部分。夏、秋二季花开到顶、穗绿时采割，除去杂质，晒干。
天麻：兰科植物天麻Gastrodia elata Bl．的干燥块茎。立冬后至次年清明前采挖，立即洗净，蒸透，敞开低温干燥。

Indications: 痫症，痰盛而不矜下者。

Usage and dosage: 水煎，入姜汁、竹沥，早、晚服。七帖后
加贝母、白术（土炒）。
