紫苏（附：紫苏叶、紫苏梗、紫：为唇形科紫苏属植物紫苏Perilla frutescens(L. ) Britt. var. arguta( Benth. ) Hand. -Mazz. 的干燥带叶嫩枝。
鸡肾草：为兰科植物狭瓣玉凤花的全草。
杏仁：为蔷薇科植物杏、野杏、山杏、东北杏的种子。
沉香：瑞香科植物白木香Aquilaria sinensis（Lour．）Gilg含有树脂的木材。全年均可采收，割取含树脂的木材，除去不含树脂的部分，阴干。
陈皮：芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药材分为“陈皮’’和“广陈皮’’。采摘成熟果实，剥取果皮，晒干或低温干燥。
人参：五加科植物人参Panax ginseng C．A．Mey.的干燥根和根茎。多于秋季采挖，洗净经晒干或烘干。栽培的俗称“园参”；播种在山林野生状态下自然生长的称“林下山参”，习称“籽海”。

Indications: 肺痈，气逆喘咳。

Usage and dosage: 止锉，如麻豆大。每服五钱匕，水一盏
半，煎至八分，去滓温服，一日三次。
